Return and Refund Policy
Here at ZX3D we want to ensure that you as a customer have a positive experience and are given the best service we can possibly provide. As such if you are ever not satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. In order for a return to be considered, the product must be unused and unopened, and in the same condition you recieved it. You must also present proof of purchase upon returning an item. Depending on the situation we will offer either a refund or an exchange of items.
We will also consider a return or exchange if an item you have received is not up to the standard you would expect. Any issues with quality have to be discovered upon opening of said product. We will not consider a return or exchange for damage caused by the customer.
When an item has been returned, it will be inspected to make sure it is suitable for re-sale. We will notify you of the status of your item as soon as we have inspected your item and confirmed it is eligible for re-sale. If a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund using your initial method of payment. Refunds may take some time to process, depending on the method of payment.
Any costs involved in returning a product to us are the responsiblility of the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable.
