Creatbot are the first to publish 350°C ultra-high temperature nozzles to mass market. The DG Core is equipped with dual extruders which can print up to these temperatures, which allows you to print with a wide range of filaments. The height of the nozzles can also be micro adjusted. We are also able to customise your printer to include a single or triple extruder head, instead of the default double extruder head.

CreatBot carefully research and develop the extruder feeding system which allows for support of high-speed printing. Its printing accuracy can reach as high as 0.05mm, and the design allows the printer to extrude filament at a steady rate without the risk of blockages.

The Creatbot DG Core is designed with a whole-steel body which not only ensures stability when printing but also greatly extend the usage period of your printer. The DG Core has a highly optimized and cooperative design which ensures a sustainable and efficient printing operation.
The DG Core is an industrial level 3D printer, and can print with one of the largest build volumes of 600*600*600mm, 30 times bigger than that of most other 3D printers.

The DG Core has a fully enclosed chamber which blocks all external interference and reduces noise. The hot chamber provides constant room temperature so that model won’t deform when printing.
The DG Core is equipped with an accurate linear rail structure which prints models with extremely high accuracy. This structure offers accurate filament feeding, so that you can print your larger models faster and more efficiently.
In the event of a power outage the printer will automatically memorize the current position and save print data. It then lowers the platform and withdraws filament. It will continue to print from the last stopped point after power is restored.
Furthermore the printer will avoid failures by stoping print and warning you when the filament runs out.
The platform surface is equipped with a 3D printing Buildtak to provide models with a more efficient surface to stick to. The printer also has vertical thermal conductivity which allows support for high thermal efficiency. Furthermore you can set the parameters of the print to turn off the hot bed automatically after the specified number of layers.
The printer has a 4.3" touch screen, which is easy to operate with an all-English menu.
