Unpacking Mankati Fullscale XT

Mankati Fullscale XT is packaged by multiple carton packaging scheme, the 3D printer can be protected very well.
Step 01. Open the package, you can see the Fullscale XT is inside a three layers cartoon box, please remove the white EPE and take the 3D printer out.
Step 02. Remove the stretch film around the 3D printer, you can see all the accessories, tools and filaments.
Step 03. Take the accessories, tools and filaments out.
  (1) - Two spools of 3mm PLA filaments, 1 kg each spool.
  (2) - Tool box, inside are installation tools and parts, 3D printing tools, CD, SD card.
  (3) - 3D printer baffles, they are installed on the three sides of the printer to get a heat retaining printing space.
  (4) - Mankati Fullscale XT 3D printer.
  (5) - Inside the white EPE is the hot bed, it is a one-piece part with heat panel and printing platform. Now it is under the hot bed support, you have to take it out.
  (6) - Filament feeding devices, they are two gear motors which are precise, stable and easy to use.

In Step 04 and 05, let's see what is in the tool box and how to take the hot bed out.
Step 04. Take all the tool and accessories out of the tool box.
  (1) - a Power wire.
  (2) - a USB cable.
  (3) - a Tweezer: Clean the platform after printing, or clean the nozzle.
  (4) - Two spanners: Installation tools.
  (5) - a Screwdriver: Installation tool.
  (6) - a 4GB Kinston storage card.
  (7) - Two filament supports.
  (8) - Two printer handle.
  (9) - Nuts for hot bed installation.
  (10) - Nuts for filament feeding devices installation, and a backup nut for hot bed leveling adjustment.
  (11) - a Heat resisting double-sided tape: Stick it on the hot bed for firm model printing.
  (12) - a Scraper: For easy printed model removing.
  (13) - a CD: In the CD is printing and slicing softwares.
Step 05. Take the hot bed out of the printer.
  (1) Plug the power wire.
  (2) Trun on the 3D printer: There is a power switch on the right side of the printer, turn it on.
  (3) The LCD will show the menu. You can rotate and press the knob beside the LCD to select and choose the menu.
  (4) Move the hot bed support to the top:
After truning on the 3D printer, the LCD shows the printer status. Press the knob to enter the menu, go to "Prepare" - "Auto Home", the extruders will go to the original point and the hot bed support will go up to the top, now you can take the packaged hot bed out.
Now a Mankati Fullscale XT is perfectly unboxed.
This is the hot bed, it is a one-piece part which is assembled with three parts:
- On the top is the printing platform, it is made of monocrystal glass, it is a high temperature resist material with high strength.
- The orange part in the middle is the heat panel, it is fixed on the back of the glass without gap to get high thermal conductivity.
- The bottom layer is a steel tray, it holds the printing platform and the heat panel.

The four black nuts on the bottom of the hot bed is used to leveling the printing platform.

  

Install Fullscale XT

Before installing Mankati Fullscale XT, let's take a brief look at all the tools and accessories.

In the tool box:
 
(1) - a Power wire.
(2) - a USB cable.
(3) - a Tweezer: Clean the platform after printing, or clean the nozzle.
(4) - Two spanners: Installation tools.
(5) - a Screwdriver: Installation tool.
(6) - a 8GB Kinston storage card.
(7) - Two filament supports.
(8) - Two printer handles and screws.
(9) - Nuts for hot bed installation.
(10) - Nuts for filament feeding devices installation, and a backup nut for hot bed leveling adjustment.
(11) - a Heat resisting double-sided tape: Stick it on the hot bed for firm model printing.
(12) - a Scraper: For easy printed model removing.
(13) - a CD: In the CD is printing and slicing softwares.
(14) - a fine needle: For cleaning and dredging the nozzle

Hardware Installation Steps
Step 01 - Install the handles
Take the screwdriver/⑤ and handles/⑧ from the tools box, install on the right and left side of the 3D printer. 

Attention: Tightening the handle screws to avoid the 3D printer coming off when you are moving it.
